I haven't tried Basilisk II on this machine yet, but last I checked, it only emulated 68K, so the newest you'd be able to run is 8.1, whereas SheepShaver runs 9.0.x (not sure if 9.1 or 9.2 would run).
Basilisk II may be more interesting for really, really old Mac apps.

Mini vMac runs on Windows XP, Linux/86, and MacOS X/PPC. I expect it to be ported to MacOS X/86.
