program to store user names/passwords

Hi all........please help........I am looking for a program to store the various logon passwords/user id's/account #'s for bank accounts, etc.



I have something similar for my palm, but i can find one for the mac.



I have a mbp 2.16, 15".

    yeah, use Keychain access... it is located in applications folder, > inside the utilities folder... > there you will find keychain access.... keychain let's you store passwords, accounts etc. Then you just type your one main user account password to view the other passwords you need to see.

    Yup.. Keychain. It's an awesomely useful program, I don't remember any of my passwords anymore. One of the cool things is, if it saves a website password automatically, then the website address where you need to enter that password changes, you can easily go and see what the password was it saved. Then you can keep secure notes in it for bank accounts, etc. It can save passwords for wireless networks, network drive passwords, all kinds of stuff automatically.



    It also has help files in Apple help. You can read the introduction to it and stuff.
