  Well, I just put my 9500 up for sale. Will miss the ol' lady. But along with me iMac I alwais have my Lc475

  Precisely! Apple designed the AAUI interface so you could buy a "standard" adapter to convert to all of the separate ethernet standards at the time. You'll notice that a search on eBay provides more than one type of this AAUI transceiver (to connections such as coax, etc)
