Anyone know of any programs that'll make .wmv into quicktime format other than FLIP4mac??

Unfortunately, I think Flip4mac is the only one specialised in that task.

ffmpegx will convert older wmv files. Flip4Mac is the only thing that does wmv 9. I would have thought there would be a way to patch into the video output from the official wmv player in the same way that Audio Hijack can patch into the decoded audio output from any app. This sort of thing would also help re-encoding realplayer junk.

If you have an Intel Mac, you can use Parallels.

I thought Flip4Mac just released a universal binary for intel Macs???

I believe iSquint works, but it's designed specifically to make videos playable on the iPod, so it may not have all the options you want.

Flip4Mac works fine on my Intel 24-inch iMac 8).

Yeah, my guess is the OP wants to somehow get something that won't leave a watermark on the exported file. The free version of Flip4Mac used to decode without leaving a watermark but I guess they discovered that Mac users don't want to encode into WMV (what used to be charged for) but rather convert WMV to something else.
