  I Have just had a very unpleasant contact with so called Apple support.
  I gave my daughter Air pods 2nd Gen. Unfortunately there was an issue, they only played out of 1 pod.
  So i was offered a return and they would fix. Everything went well.
  Then my daughter  received the air pods back .
  Unfortunately she couldn't connect so asked for my help, as she is 13.
  The Bluetooth couldn't pick up the air pods , we hit the name she called them and we were prompted to forget this device.
  We did and could find them. There was however a devise called twat!!!!. 
  Someone in the Apple service department had renamed my daughters pods twat
  Obviously I rang support and was told
  "what do you want us to do about this"
  "It is impossible for this to have happened"
  so I escalated and was told exactly the same. 
  They basically called me a liar!!!!
  
  This is what Apple are now.
  they have Staff, who try and humiliate a child and then don't take responsibility, for their error.
  
  Has this happened to you ?
