    If your current chair is too low, buy a longer chair lift cylinder at your favorite online store. They come in different lengths but are otherwise universal (from Aeron chairs to budget no-name brands). The good kits come with a tool to remove the old cylinder.

    I can see allowing basic messaging between different platforms, and maybe the sharing of certain media. But I like iMessages because it is NOT these other messaging platforms, and it is secure. No reason for Apple or others to have to share their IP beyond the most basic functions.

Sorry for the negative slant on this, but I didn’t get enough sleep last night - and for the past 20 years. 
    While this may seem obvious, it is helpful to get evidence so we can make informed conclusions, recommendations, interventions etc. That's why we call it evidence-based medicine, and technology is helping us gather data. We don't have answers for everything, but we are trying our best.
