Apple's Mac sheds marketshare in Q2, sinks to 5th place amid worldwide sales slowdown
Seriously, is this any surprise!!? So few updates to the Mac lineup over the past couple of years and updates seem to take the hardware backwards by removing ports. They have totally lost their direction and become obsessed with applying phone thinking to laptop design. And don't mention the MacPro, because they don't. I've needed a new 'pro' machine for the past 18 months, but have no idea what the future of that platform is, so looks like some Win10 machine will be purchased by me very soon.

Some low hanging fruit for Apple to pick at WWDC 2016
Apple has become a regular company like all the others, since Steves influence ended, making all the classic mistakes that these companies do.
This can be seen on so many levels, but most obviously with the naming of products.
As mentioned in this article, the iPhone SE, though maybe a technically advanced handset, looks like the older model, and is called the SE!? Isn't that a Mac from 20 years ago?!. No matter how you might spin this, regular customers will be and are confused by this. I know as I've asked around.
Macbook naming conventions. The newer Macbook isn't an air, or pro, it's just a Macbook. So where does this fit into the whole scheme of things where the general public are concerned? It's confusing, I know as I've asked around.
The Apple Watch comes in three flavours. The cheapest is the Sport and the midpriced one has no name. Usually customers pay extra to have a 'sport' version of a product, so with the 'sport' version being the cheapest, this is slightly odd and confusing. I've asked around and this is exactly the feeling with everyone I've spoken with.
Currently confusion in the product lineup and naming conventions is rife. I hope they'll address this, but very much doubt it.
