Installation rate for iOS 12 slightly trailing iOS 11 in first 48 hours after release
I'm betting that some of it has to do with kids not wanting Screen Time on their devices. A lot of kids know about it and aren't happy about what it might mean if parents decide to turn on restrictions. I asked my kids to update to iOS 12 and neither of them did it for that reason. I, of course, did it for them after the fact

The headline is confusing a bit misleading. They're replacing FLoC with Topics because of privacy complaints, not sticking with cookies because of privacy complaints. Dropping cookies for privacy is the entire point of this endeavor.

Improved keyless entry system could replace car key fob with iPhone
The Bluetooth solution that Tesla uses today for the Model 3 works 100% of the time for me with my iPhone. However, I've read stories about it being unreliable for other people. So I welcome a better and smarter solution than simply relying on Bluetooth.
