Apple's original HomePod was overpriced, and that doesn't bode well for AirPods Max
I love Apple products. I’m fully invested in the ecosystem, but I wouldn’t pay $350 for a HomePod, I did happily purchase two at $250 each; and would likely have purchased more in the future. As for the AirPods Max? Same deal. I’d never pay $550 for these. I’d pay $350, maybe $400. But that’s a big maybe.Like the HomePod, these are probably amazing sounding products (I’ve never used them), and there is certainly a market for them. But, I feel Apple
often gets a little too greedy and shoots too high. $700 for set of MacPro wheels anybody? -
Sandmarc releases Titanium Edition band for Apple Watch Ultra
I had a polished stainless Juukdesign (Amazing watch bands by the way) Velo band on my stainless Apple Watch 4 and 6. Put it on the Ultra and it contrasted too much with the titanium. I ordered a brushed stainless Juukdesign band to replace it, figuring the brushed stainless would be a closer match. After seeing this, I'm going to return the Juuk band and pick this up. Nothing will match titanium better than titanium. I'm hoping the craftsmanship measures up.

Govee countertop ice maker review: Matter control to chill those beverages
These ice makers certainly have their pros and cons as others have already mentioned. I find the ice in the freezer ice tray tends to pick up smells and tastes from food in the fridge/freezer. This is the reason I wanted a counter top ice maker. Sure, the ice melts quickly but I primary use it for ice water anyway so it's not a big deal. I wouldn't drop it into my scotch. I'm not sure how Andrew got it connected to AppleHome via Matter; I'm using the QR code generated in the Govee app but every time I try, I get an error message in my Home app. 🤷🏻♂️ -
