Think criticizing them over something that you don't even know if they're gonna do is a little premature. Even if this is totally true they're only responding to what consumers are choosing. I don't at all disagree with you but I think it's fair to actually wait and see what they're going to do before saying the most profitable company in the world is "lost".. they clearly don't make THAT many wrong decisions if they make as much money as they do.

People say that about Apple because it WOULD be worse if it was them. This is the company that makes more money than almost any company on earth yet gets more doom & gloom when they have the slightest decline in sales. People complain like babies about how their phones have just tiny incremental upgrades year to year, yet pretty much every smartphone on the market isn't worth the upgrade each year. I'm not by any means saying everything Apple does is right but they do get more heat just based on how successful they've been.

I've been replying to messages from the lock screen for at least a year or two lol.. mostly texts and Facebook Messenger have had that option for a while

Kinda funny to see an article posted on Thursday night about what happened hours after customers got their phones on Friday lol
