    Whoaaaaaaaaaa..........is Don Trump here? (Sorry....I couldn't resist the "top legal minds" bait). The issue, (and in my reading of this article, it has been enunciated again), is that the government does not want to deal with a personal communications device that it is unable to examine at will. The presence of a warrant makes no difference here, (indicating to me that the solution to this problem will apply to all devices and situations from this point forward). The status of the individual is on trial, not the rights of Apple or the FBI.
