Believing ( mistakenly) that there is some conspiracy that means "those other people" are being hired over more deserving 'white' candidates is the kind of lie that Trump and his supporters used to fan the flames of extremism. As the other poster noted, diversity is about encouraging the next generation who are less fortunate - which disproportionally are black/hispanic. You would have thought that it would have died out when we defeated the Nazis in the last century, but no, it's alive and well in 2016, in the USA, practiced and worshipped by a new kind of brownshirts. Truly deplorable people.
