Apple releases iOS 13.7 & iPadOS 13.7 beta with integrated Exposure Notification tech
This is a new feature in iOS 13, so it will take time for this to be merge into the iOS 14 beta releases. This happened with the initial release of the Exposure Notification API as well. I would expect it to appear in iOS 14 beta in the next release or two.
