    Who cares.  As DED points out the way forward is to offer an elite tier which is differentiates the wheat from the chaff.  The future for Apple is getting back to it’s ideology of being a premium brand for premium people.  It can keep the cheap tiers, like the SE, 8 and 8 Plus ticking along with minor bumps which will satisfy the majority of the lower demographic.  Us elite tier members of society will benefit from the latest and greatest tech and pay for it.  If you can’t afford it then you aren’t in Apple’s target demographic I’m afraid.

    I made an account just to tell you how much of an A*hole you sound like. Please read over your posts, just once, please. And FYI, Mr Jobs didn't make Apple products with an idea of being for "Premium people" as you seek to think, he made them with a general ethos of being simple and easy to use.

    The article itself was pretty informative and I enjoyed the take. I think there was heavy bias but I suppose it's an opinion piece. I know this because it was a vanity article rather than a technology article.
    I did hope for more reporting on new features and ideas, concepts etc...
    Personally, I'm still waiting for the iPhone to the iPhone. I hope this one is it.
