How to change the DNS server used by your iPhone and iPad
Another note: using a public DNS could cause updates and apps to download slower. Apple uses regional content delivery networks. Normally, your ISP connects you to the geographically closest CDN using DNS. If you choose an open DNS like Cloudflare or Google, your CDN will be hardwired to what ever they provide. It's been an issue for me in the past, at least on the Mac side.
