So why the hell can they not get their phones on the same page as the rest of their product line? Have the iPhone and iPhone Pro. 

I'd say very few pros do their work on a phone in a way that's drastically different from the rest of the users, unlike the Pro computes and tablets. I am a pro photographer and I actually take most of my travel shots on an iPhone, but I would never, ever offer them as a final product for sale (unless of course Apple offers to buy some for their promo campaigns).
