Yes, let’s allow them to make laws about technology they don’t understand and barely use correctly. Not a year goes by that one of these imbeciles  “lose” a laptop with sensitive data or accidentally tweet some social media hoe publicly.

From Day 1 Apple has been trying to make the best phone possible, Not a "decent" phone and there's where all the windows/palm/nokia/blackberries went to die. 

I love the look I get when I go to the Genius Bar and tell them in detail what’s wrong with my product and then they ask my email address and I drop the @mac.com....Instant geek cred.

Dropbox is primarily used for offloading locally-stored files to the cloud.  For most users, this is a non-issue.
