Apple Arcade gains $49.99 annual subscription option
Seems to be dying a slow death. Only 3 news games in over a month. I got the free month, thinking I’d be an avid subscriber, but played only one game right through, tried a couple of dozen more and decided it wasn’t for me. Mostly just seem to be party type games. Not many blockbusters as yet.

The best of Apple Arcade: five games that you need to try out
I’ve tried a good few of the Arcade games, with The Pinball Wizard my early favourite. Even after finishing the game there’s the levelling-up to complete and higher scores to be had. Above all though, it’s just good fun.

AirPods Pro gain first firmware update since release
After the firmware updated itself I did notice that both AirPods and the case had turned black!
I can but dream.
