    US courts have no jurisdiction over what Samsung does in Korea.

    Samsung and Foxconn have US business entities. See also: Apple versus Samsung for about four years.
    Whether Samsung and Foxconn have US business entities is not germane.  The iPhone containing the allegedly infringing OLED is assembled overseas, and imported into the US by Apple, making Apple the (alleged) infringer.  Making OLED in Korea (or China) is not illegal under US law.  Solas OLED may be able to sue Samsung, e.g., for Samsung phones imported into the US.  Apple versus Samsung was about things that both companies imported and sold in the US.
