Is AppleCare+ worth it for iPhone?
I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t a big fan of AppleCare+ until yesterday, when my 11 pro max slipped out of my pocket while I was exiting my car (knee high, not from a suv or a truck)and the back glass cracked. Apple told me that I’m out of luck and the only option is 700€ for a new phone without keeping the old one of course, no repair is available.My only option is third party repair without water resistance and without a warranty from Apple. So maybe AppleCare is not that expensive.
