Many of us have only an iPhone; no watch, no ear plugs. You failed miserably on that!
Secondly, MagSafe charging does work great on a charger while 'hanging' in the air, BUT...with a case, mostly not.
It will fall off. With a case, however, it will charge reliably while laying flat on a MagSafe charger.
You failed miserably on that also!
