First, who said no one was watching TV? That and reading seem to be all people do during a pandemic. 

Secondly, what crawled up your craw and died, Crowley? You're awfully cynical. Let Richmond enjoy its tourism. No one said anything about London suffering... although I would understand if it was. The racism and bigotry are just as bad as in the U.S. and plus it smells like piss in the streets.
