I have two. Both broken down. One after 5 times of use, Worst customer service ever. At a certain point they just completely ignored me. When they didn’t, they treated me like an idiot.  Paid for sending one of them to send to Hong Kong, they never accepted it or picked it up, so it came return. This company is a joke, the monitors WILL BREAK DOWN.
