Apple retailer Simply Mac is shutting down
I left an IPad Air 4 at Simply Mac on May 21. Because it took no charge the associate recommended replacement. Now, on June 28 I am still without an IPad. MANY phone calls on my part resulted in my learning that I was not the only one this happened to, and that it was unknown when this would be resolved. It seems to me that Apple would have a responsibility to take care of customers immediately and then solve their problem with Simply Mac.
