Game emulator Delta arrives on App Store after controversies
You totally forgot to mention with AltStore you also get an app that runs in the background and monitors your clipboard, every time you copy something to paste it will give you new functionality… with all that data it got hold of. I’m sure they won’t do anything bad with all that data they are constantly looking at, after all, who ever copies important data like addresses, bank details, passwords, phone numbers etc..? We just copy and paste gibberish for fun right!? -
Jerusalem Flag autoprediction bug is fixed in iOS 17.5 developer beta
I also get a little offended when the PRoChina flag 🇨🇳 pops up any time I write China 🇹🇼 I guess that's just American politics though, they are happy cast aside the principles of democracy and freedom to please dictatorships whenever they can gain a profit from them so most Americans are used to hearing the PRoC 🇨🇳 by the name "China" and just call China 🇹🇼 by the island name of Taiwan 🤷♂️ -
Removal of App Store's first emulator leaves more questions than answers
Does the developer want Apple to personally stalk him look at everything he does and compare to everything submitted to the App Store by everyone ever just on the off chance someone copies him? He needs to take action himself against the person who submitted the emulator that used his code without permission if they refuse to cease use of it. He can also advise Apple of it requesting a take down, but it’s not Apple’s job to monitor every possible copyright violation ever, who does this guy think he is? -
Apple's 'F1' ad in Wallet won't hurt you, but it might save you $10
mikethemartian said:Cash: It doesn’t send you ads.In the UK there are 9 sets of banknotes that circulate. The main British banknotes are issued by the (inaccurately named) Bank of England while 5 commercial banks from Northern Ireland and 4 commercial banks from Scotland are still allowed to issue banknotes in their own name, giving them a way to advertise themselves as cash moves from hand to hand

Easter Sunday surprise: Closed Apple Store's doors were unlocked
If someone had used the Apple Store app the could have self checked out on an off the shelf purchase, sealing the claim to be a person who legitimately shopped at a closed Apple Store. I also wonder if that would have confused the heck out of the Store managers had the issue never been discovered but a sale gone though on a closed day 🤣
With that said, perhaps it would not have allowed the sale for some reason. -
