I like how Cook didn't actually give Trump credit for anything, only for "recognizing" his interest" -- a goal Trump never would have taken any interest in, had the tech bros not lobbied and bribed him, demonstrating how he could claim the benefits of Biden's existing initiatives if they all kept quiet about that origin of those plans.

As I recall, one of the most controversial "features" of the CanSpam Act was that politicians specifically carved out an exception for Political emails, so that they aren't required to have an unsubscribe feature and can't be reported because of "free speech" rights.  I'm sick of "Get Out of Jail Free" cards created by the very ones writing the laws.

The new iPadOS Files and Window Management tools feel a lot like the first update of the MacOS "Mission Control" features from nearly a decade ago.  I suspect the iPad team got a "Baby with the Bathwater lecture".

Every site is showing screenshots of the customized icons in big icon view.  What does it look like in column view?  (I've always hated the colored dot being used beside both folders and files - it wastes space and never helped much at all.)

Is it just me or did Liquid Glass move every button and panel another eighth of an inch away from the edges pf the window?  I agree with many that there better damn well be some serious contrast and opacity adjustments available for those of us over forty.  I'm just gonna call it the Camouflage UI instead of Liquid Glass.
