Where do you think ChatGPT gets its information from?  Just because it gives you results in a conversational form doesn’t change that it’s a glorified search engine. 

It does more than that, a lot more. Yes, it does use internet postings for knowledge, but so do we. The internet is full of all sorts of information, and this is an amazing accomplishment. Microsoft pulled a rabbit out of its hat and left every other company speechless.
Having said that, I installed Bing on Mac to try out GPT on Bing, and let me tell ya, Edge is basically spyware. It tries to force you to run three background tasks even after you uninstall it. I had to manually delete over 5 hidden files and force quit the continuous their app that continuously requests to reactivate the tasks and would not allow you to quit it, all that just to remove that damned Edge spyware crap!

Yeah so Apple’s chargers are already compatible with competition. Apple allows a Tesla app on their AppStore, but your car does not allow CarPlay. How’s that for a walled garden… Mr. Cybertruck armored glass 

Someone should remind Google that the reason Apple went on a limb and created Apple Maps is because Google refused to license turn-by-turn directions. Android had it on their crappy plastic devices when Apple’s premium devices didn’t 

I despise narrow minded haters. 84% of apps on the AppStore are free and Apple makes negative dollars on them. 16% are paid apps where Apple makes  a very reasonable and industry standard rate of 15% to 30%. 

Microsoft is integrating the tech into their next version of Windows. The Copilot demos show how insanely useful this tech can be. This is a turning point in computer history. 46% of code on GitHub is already created by AI, and they just released CoPilot X. VS Code Copilot is already out too. Microsoft is in a situation where if they play their cards right they'll quickly end up on top again. I would never try installing Edge again because it is spyware but it is being adopted fast by others and may bypass Chrome in the coming years. Bard is not up to par with GPT, not even close.

Would the outsourced components be subject to tariffs, or will Trump get exceptions?
How much will it cost? I'd wager about $5,000 if were to "compete" with an iPhone.
My bet is that this is just gonna end up as vaporware, like the Tesla Roadster, and he's gonna blame it on something or someone else.

I would love to hear from a maga supporter how this is part of a plan.

I remember reading a while ago that Intel engineers complained that Apple was a pain in the ass, asking for features that are not on their roadmap.

Jobs said that Apple was developing the iPad well before the iPhone. They discovered that the iPad's UI could be used for the iPhone. Apple shelved the iPad and worked on the iPhone instead.

VW dashboards give users fewer options based on the package they buy. So even though the hardware is identical, they block areas where you would see dials and give you limited basic annoying options. It's only software, simple dials. Would love to have CarPlay Ultra instead
