I've been losing respect for Apple's output, products, and creativity for many years now, as noted in this forum. I tossed an Apple sticker in the trash the other day and wistfully recalled an earlier time when I proudly displayed that sticker on the rear window in my Mercedes Benz. Must admit I'm still long AAPL, for greedy reason, and I even bought a MBP yesterday, because it was heavily discounted, but I've lost a lot of respect -- and affection -- for Apple.
Well, Tim Cook could always reintroduce a fourth iteration of the iPhone 6 design, Jonny Ive can remain on permanent design sabbatical doing occasion voiceovers, and Phill Shiller can produce another round of saccharine ad campaigns. While Cook concentrates on moving his stodgy company to the hot new spaceship campus. BTW, I heard Tim Cook was such a great supply chain guy? He appears to be as inept at supply chain management as he is at being a CEO.

This isn't well thought through, at all, which is what I've come to expect from Tim Cook's Apple.
tim cooks Apple is doing better than Jobs' by every quantifiable metric. the critical whining had remained constant, however.
I know I didn't buy one. Bought a Seiko SARB065 instead. If Apple produces a smart watch that looks good on my wrist I'll consider buying it. I'm a big detractor of Apple Watch's current design, with the exception of the band, which is the only part the Watch's design I consider innovative or attractive. And will always till My DATEJUST!
Hard to fathom that Cook's shell of a company, with its blasé, saccharine, psuedo-inspirational pablum ads, was once actually Apple.
