Tim Cook has had 5+ years as CEO. He has failed. Plain and simple.

You can get struck by a train or atrophy till death. Apple has suffered serious atrophy under Cook's short reign. His whole Rah-Rah, Nanny State mentality makes me want to barf.

Thank you Warren! Because AAPL has so stagnated in the marketplace under Tim Cook, it takes good financial news like this, financial engineering like the split and buybacks, or strategic investments like Didi, to keep the stock from tanking.

Does Jonny Ive design anymore, or does he just do voiceovers exclusivly for Apple? My two year old iPhone 6 looks identical to the iPhone 7. I won't be upgrading FYI. Missing critical roadmap upgrades and acting lazy, that's Tim Cook's new Apple. Instead of technological innovation, Cook gives us hours of Super Mario and Pokemon -- and boring, old, Phil Schiller.

Bluetooth-like, as in proprietary? For $20 one can purchase QY8 Bluetooth wireless earbuds on Amazon. They are spectacular, especially considering the cost! No reason to reinvent the wheel. I doubt the audio quality on Apple's "new" pods will be discernibly better. But I suspect the cost will be 10x+ more. Try the QY8 folks. Returnable if not to your liking.
