Yep. This one. Alarms work fine, alerts are getting spottier by the month. Running a 5S on IOS 10 (since I have a bunch of 32-bit apps I want to keep) but the issue first appeared about a year ago. At times, my phone will also 'catch up' on forgotten reminders and I'll get a flurry of reminders, even ones set in the future. When a text or Messenger message comes in, the phone usually makes a sound. But very once in a while it doesn’t. No vibration either. Unlocking the phone shows a message has been received, but no alert heralded its arrival.
