  • Frankly, both wired remote and the dock is not useful to me. The lack of a mini LCD display in the wired remote makes it less useful to me. For the Dock, the only advantage is the line-out. Best Regards, Andy www.wookieweb.com

  • You can safely format it as Windows format (FAT32), it can still be recognized in OS X. The only "issue" is that you lost the ability to boot OS X off from the iPod. My 3G iPod was originally a Mac version. I reformated it to Windows version an…
