Oh and I've also known plenty of white males at Apple St. Louis that couldn't get promoted to full time or management -- even after years of service. So again, this lawsuit is bunk!

This thread was pretty much over with "rubbish." I have worked with Rob Proffer for years. He was my assistant manager at West County Apple when the store opened in 2002. I can attest to Rob's character and there isn't a racist bone in his body. …
