I'd get Transmit, the timeout was annoying, but I liked a lot so just bought it, been happy ever since.

Just throwing mine into the mix, no better way to join a forum than showing off the desktop.

Is this your internal HD? you might get it back by relaunching the Finder, I haven't tried it yet, but worth a shot.
