And don't forget... If you drop it, it floats in mid-air

Here's what I want Apple to do: Start integrating Spotlight abilities more into your own apps. iTunes, iPhoto, Aperature (I am not sure about this one) all seem to use their own Spotlight-like databases to index your data and provide ways of work…

I think integrating cameras into computers like laptops and the iMac is a good decision as it makes people start to use video chatting more. It evolves and becomes more mainstream. The iMac and laptops have a microphone, but nobody complains. It'…

Safari is acting weird one me. It takes longer to load pages now. Sometimes when clicking a link, it shows that it is doing something, but nothing is happening. I have to press the Stop button and then click reload for the page to load. Very odd.

If there is one thing I would like improved in pages is the PDF export. I think that exporting to PDF (not the "save to PDF" option in the print dialog) should preserve hyperlinks and bookmarks you have setup in the actual document.

Is it common for Apple to create new interface concepts and features in its PRO apps and then move them into the core OS later on?

I think you are allowed to burn your movie files to a data CD/DVD. Not even Apple can really stop you from doing that. But they can stop you from turning that video file into something that can be playable on a DVD player. Here's a question I hav…

Well I know the automator workflow is fine because if I run it manually, it updates the PDF's in the folder I want. The problem is that it won't work if you tell Automator to attach the workflow as an automator action. I was just curious if anyon…

But here's the thing... I created an automator action that successfully can search for PDF's in a certain directory and tag them successfully with the spotlight comment I want. Saving an automator action as a "folder action", it is supposed to…

Well the question really becomes... How is NOT having AMM going to hinder Mac OS X in the future. I can see how MP and PMT were important because these were features that really affects users. AMM somewhat affects users, but its more of a feature…

I know Path Finder allows you to do this... http://www.cocoatech.com But I have also read that some people simply put a space before their folder names. This sorts them directly to the top. But I don't think it's too windows friendly.

I just read on this website... http://playlistmag.com/reviews/2005/...view/index.php ...that you can't sync an iPod nano via Firewire. What is Apple thinking? Are they trying to replace Firewire with USB on their iPods?

I heard from somewhere that Apple and MS were working together on a plug-in. Don't know if they have made any progress.

I didn't know RTF could support footnotes or inline graphics?

It would be a neat idea to be able to send a little message to someone's desktop and have it appear as a little floating message window.

I do know spotlight can search the comments' field in iTunes. But I make a lot of use out of the Grouping field, but Spotlight doesn't search that. Pity.

Gotcha.

Well, there was two things that sealed the deal for me with Pages... - Pages can create objects like Word can. You can even add really nice drop shadows to the objects. - Worked well with images...although I would mind a crop in place like Wor…
