The Airport Extreme is a rare wireless router for home use with a fan to keep it cool. What other wireless router has Mac support for sharing a USB connected drive (HDD or flash)? The Time Capsule is a natural wireless backup for MacBook/MacBook Air…

With the timing of the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Force Touch on the Apple Watch extending to the MacBook and MacBook Pro trackpads and now the next iPhone, the ad campaign must be "May the Force be with you." Right? I can't be the only o…

Maybe, "way too long", refers to a special anniversary Macintosh. It has been more than a decade since the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh was introduced in March 20 of 1997. This year we celebrated the Mac's 30th anniversary. Maybe a UHD iMac with …

I'd prefer a non Retina 42" display, which is close to the dot pitch of the Apple 30" Cinema HD display. I've heard of prototype 39" UHD displays.

Actually we do know, at least in part, where one might pick up the Flashback trojan. Most are .nu web sites but also various Wordpress based blog sites as some folks running WordPress downloaded a bogus plugin with the trojan.

Intel and wikipedia points out that the problem recalls only affect desktop class chipsets featuring the 2nd gen Core i5 SandyBridge microarchitecture. On the assumption that Apple uses the whole Intel set beyond just the CPU, then only iMac refresh…

Besides the nonsense mentioned above, the ambient light sensor on the back makes no sense at all. It would be blocked almost all the time. This was probably a disinformation "leak" to find out who can be trusted.

I'd like to see an article not written by or quoting DigiTimes showing Pegatron making anything more than boxes and earbuds for Apple.

This rag has just as much false rumors than truth, but wishful thinking leads fools to repeat their BS. If Asus' manufacturer Pegatrom were making a phone for Verizon's network, it is far more likely a knockoff and not a real Apple product.
