Penzi said: Some wonky stuff in there. I’d be intrigued as to why Apple would increase dpi. I can’t imagine it but I’m a little dull about such things. Increased scroll rates are appreciated and I’ll keep my fingers crossed that Apple release…

Despite the ellipses showing there is a further dialog box to respond to, the user interface of putting Erase Disk right next to Eject seems a bit dangerous, to accidentally select this choice. Perhaps add a separator line or move it down.

Well that rather sucks if I may be so blunt. The Mac Studio with M2 Max is looking to be slower than a M4 based MacBook at this point.

I can see Apple adopting a trick from the iPhone 15 Pro series, and use a titanium frame for being light and strong, and still having a glass back or more likely just a glass panel to support the wireless charging and maybe a return of the glowing l…

As they did not change the bezels to something more slender on these models, if it's limited to the M1 models, one can't blame the construction. If I was buying a laptop, which has no latching mechanism, it seems it would make sense to use some stic…

They should come up with an adapter to drive the 24” M1 iMac.

How exactly is this happening? Can an old Mac running Adobe InDesign CS6 and old QuarkXPress still work with Adobe Type 1 fonts and what about other companies Type 1 format fonts. What about type 3 fonts? There are decades of legacy work to worry ab…

Considering the functionality and the size, I would just use my existing iPhone 12 Pro Max and not use Car Play at all with this device. Considering it's size, there is little to gain.

Let's hope they can keep the cooling system up to the challenge. iMacs have been a real compromise in cooling. Asking it to be four times more powerful and 100 watts of power is all well and good, but that's a lot to ask of something so compact. The…

Flash drives are slower in general than SSD, so Thunderbolt 3 would be overkill. There are USB-C Flash drives. I have a modestly fast Samsung one with included USB-A (3.0 speed) adapter.

This happens when you get a new Mac, but with slightly older software installed. You have to sign in with your Apple ID in the iCloud System Preferences and in the App Store, then you can proceed with the System Updates from Software Update System P…

This is all based on an old patent of Apple's, where they considered a stackable design. People want to be able to put in their own full size PCIe 3.0 video card, and memory and storage and this plan won't allow that. It learns little from Apple's f…

The old Mac Pro only supported PCIe 2.0 and we find PCIe 3.0 graphics cards now available, so if Apple only supported 3.0, most people would be fine with that, so the older 4.0 standard would be still ahead of the pack.

I lost count after about 100, so of my 422 apps, then when iOS 11 comes out, I'll have more free space on the iPhone. Maybe iPhone 8 by that time.

It makes more sense to fashion a solar charger to the face like many "eco-" series watches. Possibly as a layer to the display.
