Went to the local Apple store on Saturday to get my wife's iPhone fixed. Left with a 16GB loaner iPhone 5 two and a half hours later. Did not have a Genius Bar appointment though. Make sure you back up your device before you go.

Internet works good, unfortunately Cisco Anyconnect fails at the very end of the connection setup with a generic error.
