• i just bought a 15" iMac for my mom and it came with Jaguar and an up-to-date coupon. A bit disappointing, it being a month after Panther was released, but i guess ther was a lot of iMac inventory. neilyb

• ya, having to have it hooked up to a phone line is a shortcoming to me. Ever since i got broadband a ditched my home phone in favor of a cell phone. Maybe Apple will introduce a fax service as part of .Mac? that'd be cool. 8) NeilyB

• i've had a PB's logic-board fried, supposedly caused by static. From my understanding, static electricity can zap a port and at best disable the port, or at worst knock out the whole board. NeilyB
