I always thought they would have an SOC for consumer and a more traditional CPU for server/workstation. With all the AI hype, I wouldn't be surprised if they've created a dedicated CPU, and maybe standalone add in cards with some GPU/NPU combo for …

With the Snapdragon X-Elite hype train in full swing, I'd imagine Apple would want to release the laptops first.

I had an LG 34UC87 curved 3440x1440 monitor a while back and I always found the vertical height lacking even at 34". A 32" 4K is the sweet spot, but I've been hoping for a 5K @ 5120x2880 that's 32" or better, but only have found 5120x2160 monitors l…

Just an FYI if someone ordered the Radeon VII. I picked up the Sapphire branded card and while you won't get OpenCL or Metal. It does boot and you can use macOS, but you'll see that it's sluggish. It's only identified as a Radeon Vega 16GB.

Double dipping. If no wrong doing was found the man probably needed the extra cash.

With recent speed bump to the MBA, it was a unlikely rumor to begin with. I think maybe early next year around the March time frame alongside new MBPs.

That was quick. Updated to 10.9.5 with Safari 7.0.6, rebooted then Safari 7.1 shows up in the app store updates.

That's one feature I've been wanting on my iPhone and iPod Touch for a very long time. Hopefully the battery is robust enough for it. Battery life and lack of N wireless is probably why it hasn't shown up on the iPhone and iPod Touch.

I get the sense the iPad may be as popular as the MacBook Air, maybe slightly more, but not by much.

I would like to see eSATA as standard. Since the Express card slot is only available on the 17" now, I would have to get a 17" MBP so I can use eSATA, so it would be nice if it was included in the next refresh so I can spend the cash on a faster CPU…

I sure hope so. I'm looking for a quad-core laptop to replace the 15" MBP. For the first time in a little over 2 years I noticed vertical striping in my display. Only happened 3 times and hasn't since, but I'm sure it's on it's way out as well. I ho…

I don't know how many more transitions Apple can make and still keep their installed base and developers behind the Mac. If Apple is struggling with the G5, it would seem to make more sense to stick with a Xenon or Cell, but tweaked for the desktop.…
