I know a part-timer at the Apple Store near me. They get pretty good discounts: 10% off any non-Apple hardware in the store. 1 25% off Apple hardware (CPU) per year and 3 15% offs. That's the same as any regular Apple employee.

Paul. Wait wait wait. The stores do not do CTO. You can up the RAM or ad an Airport card, but that is it. You can't configure the Mac like you can with the online store.
