If you go to the Mac mini page on the Apple site, "Mac mini now shipping with Leopard"! When did Leopard come out? 14+ months ago??? Way to stay current Apple.

WTF! I was planning to buy a new mini today and going to suggest buying more at work. The only thing announced that was at all interesting was the changes to iPhoto.
-
Is this the press release? http://www.seefile.com/news.html I don't see anywhere in there that one should infer it's a 1TB internal drive.

Call me a continued skeptic on the replacing the optical drive with a second 2.5" hard drive rumors. They just aren't even the same size. Sure, you could have an adaptor to fit it in, but it sounds like a pain in the rear. Some people would want to …

Piper Jaffray are the worst Apple analysts. We already know the next mini and iMacs are going to have significant hardware changes: DisplayPort, new graphics chipset, and who knows what else. This is definitely more than a "dull" "refresh". T…

I'll go ahead and follow up on my own post. Given US prices, that'd mean AT&T is giving Apple ~$38.50/month subsidy (for the 8GB) over 24 months. Obviously there are other factors: support costs; exchange rate related diffs between US/France…

Certainly leaves you wondering how much of a subsidy Apple is getting from these wireless carriers.

So, doesn't that just mean they'll need to offer a higher priced unlocked model, like they do in other countries with better consumer protection laws?

DisplayPort, handling more RAM, and a slight speed bump are obvious. If Apple were smart, we'd get 3.5" drives, and an option for a Blu-ray drive. If not, they'll drop Firewire and stay with 2.5" drives. I expect the latter. So, if I don't …

Wow, a 3D desktop interface! Man walks on moon! Japan surrenders! Caveman invents wheel! I love these ones where Apple "invents" stuff that was done 10-20 years ago.

Fun to note that exactly zero of the posts so far have anything to do with what the article is about ... outputting video from the iPhone itself wired to a TV. Does that say anything about the demand for this?
