It's a good thing Shamsung went first with this one. At least Apple will have some before and after evidence when they sue they after they U-turn on their designs after Apple shows them how to do it.

The fact that 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place went to cheap Chinese brands you hardly hear about in the west tells you this is a low price commodity market and NOT the kind of hill you want Apple, a premium brand, to be king of.
