It all sounds fine and dandy but wouldn't this add a lot of learning curve in what's a very basic affair? I guess intensive users like graphic designers, modelers and people from the fine arts would find this useful.. not sure of normal users though.

This one created a lot of heat. And to someone who called it a 'whining startup' %u2013 what makes you say that? They did a good job: they were (and are) the first to produce a device that a lot of people need. And they're doing a great job of it. T…

Refresh is good but if the only innovation is making things thinner and lighter, I am not so sure if it's worth it.

Shouldn't America be doing the same to Apple, then? Rounded corners are patented and no one really cares.

Apple is either very very smart or just plain stupid. Even if it's being smart here, it's kind of suspicious. I am guessing it was some sort of a security bug given the urgency of the subsequent update.

I don't understand how this will suddenly be a great news. Really? How many children use iPhones that are passed on to them by their parents and have accounts that aren't technically those of the children? I mean, how does the FTC think the whole th…

There goes another one down the drain. There's really nothing much to hold against Apple in vaguely generic patents. Apple, on the other hand, knows how to introduce and impress specificity upon the judges and jurors in its cases.

Folks at Apple would probably rejoice finally at the way in which things have turned out for Apple. May be if they aren't able to broker with China Mobile, they'll just turn the tables around with their crazy marketing and get China Mobile behind …

If it involves Samsung, you can be somewhat sure that this thing is for real. Further, it syncs in line with all those Assembled in USA talk. Would be interesting to continue on the discussion happening here and draw up a list of areas where Apple i…

The numbers are particularly scary. I think most developers assume that the identification of devices, recording of usage patterns are all "goes-without-saying" stuff. While in some cases, parents do take the privacy seriously, there is also an ap…

A "zero bass response" is a very strong step backwards if that's the case. I think Apple must stop this fetish with thin design.

"Duh!" An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. At this rate, innovation will take a beating.

What kind of a difference does this make on the holiday sale? 2 weeks is a long time too because as I see it, the customer these days has a ton of patience to wait that long. I mean, did u take a look at the comments when someone said there was goin…

There's been a lot of iCloud outages this time and the iMessage problem was also faced multiple times. In the discussion forums one still finds quite a lot of users plagued with iMessage issues. Hope Apple does something to fix all these. May be t…

Happy shopping to everyone. Why isn't there more about iPhone 5 productions, units shipped et al? There's been rumors of iPhone 6 and stuff but nothing much concrete on iPhone 5's production.

Would it be cliched if I say, What goes around comes around? A few weeks back we had Apple taking on more Samsung products after it won a $1bn claim. Guess life's after all a circle.

This looks cool! Passbook appears to be much more powerful than it's been tooted to be. Quite a good thing really.

Judging by how powerful these things are getting, this one doesn't come as a surprise. A decade from now, you'll be holding a server computer that's also a 4-inch smartphone. They're getting all too powerful.

Doesn't come as a surprise at all. All the comparisons clearly showed that the displays of other devices fare way better than iPad Mini.
