I just know this: When I got Jaguar, I experienced spinning beachballs very often, even on small things like 'saves'. Panther: rarely a beachball even on hard stuff Tiger: Spinning beachball very often, even opening Safari and easy stuff.

Safari is fast. I feel it being slow in general. Especially Mail.

I have noticed some sluggishness... I think I read somewhere that Apple has already acknowledged this and it will be addressed in the up date later this month.

No problems in any capacity. Uptime > 24 hrs.

What do they call the new look of Mail? and Help and System Prefs? Is there any other app that uses that theme?

Mail is a great looking program. I guess they reserve the good stuff and make other apps use the older look.

Weird. In order for the mail accounts to be seen in the left column, I had to delete them and re-create them. Now it is clear how to do it.

I would like to know how to assign a signature to a specific mail account so that mail is not accidentally sent with the wrong signature attached to it. I thought this would be fixed in 2.0 but I don't see it.

I think it is a well designed app. I think that they have gone to great lengths to make it network friendly for people that are spread out or on the go. One thing I have noticed is that it is a little clunky, the work flow was not thought out …
