Fortunately, neither of us are in a position to read the mind of Mr Cooke. I think that my broader point concerning manufacturing bases and the economic impact of importing versus local design and manufacture have some merit. In Britain, Dyson keeps…

Yes, It is difficult to understand, why Apple still persists in their manufacturing relationship with Samsung. Cook has been brilliant at 'out sourcing and logistics, but he seems to have a blind spot in this matter. It is great to see Apple's flags…

It would be good to have a list of all the so called 'experts', who fouled up with references to their errors. It is possible that some of them, if not incredibly stupid an ill informed, were in the pay of vested interests, attempting to influence c…

How can you be so certain? The proof of the pudding is always in the eating, What is certain is that there are a lot of 'panic monkeys' swinging through the trees after the Apple presentation. Greatrix

A great response. The suggestion that robotics might be a new direction is a good one. Thanks for that. I hope there are lots more ideas to come. greatrix

There is always something creepily old fashioned about American graphic design. Lets go European. I hate the green baize, mock wooden shelves and old fashioned, badly designed, mixed up type faces. Jonny Ives should rule, ok!
