iPod's with HDs do skip, although there is a 15 minute or so buffer. It really isn't a problem unless you are running or doing something active, which I think is part of the attraction of the nano.

I think that the Fujitsu e-paper is the way to go for an iPod Video. If they work on it a bit, they could get the paper to play video as long as it has power, and it would just slide out from a slot in the iPod, so there would be no size difference…
