I just saw on Apple's site that to get iWork for free you have to have bought a Mac on or before October 1st. Ordered my Air on Sept. 29... Hopefully it shows as free, if not I may be calling to see if I can talk Apple Support into giving it to me…

This is very odd. I had no issue updating my 3rd generation ATV. It was a little slow during the "Preparing Update" but it was fine.
