Some Exxon gas pumps now have native support for NFC, including Apple Pay. It works perfectly, so much easier than their app (which I still lauded for accepting Apple Pay, but it required more steps by the user).

XR 64GB was available thru my company for $149 (with 2-yr service commitment). Got it.

If the chip incident never happened -- as Apple asserts -- then it's not a "debacle." It's fiction.

Overdrive, please start supporting Apple Watch too so that I can listen to audiobooks (for free, from my local library) stored locally on my Watch.

Will upgrade from Series Zero, I like the rectangular design, but it’s interesting that some of the new watch faces are circular. I wonder if that’s setting the stage for a circular design (in addition to rectangular) in the future?

Two audio products: AirPods = huge success HomePods = not (yet) a large success I don't mean this judgmentally, just as an observation. And "success" is subjective; you could argue that HomePods have been very successful with their (a)…

"as the sector itself grows exponentially" The chart shows growth to be linear, not exponential. Exponential (and geometric) growth shows a curved trend, getting steeper as time proceeds to the right.

I was excited by the first few enterprise partnerships, but I’ve become disappointed. I work for a large enterprise apps vendor, and we’ve seen no impact / evidence of Apple in the enterprise apps market. It definitely is a huge opportunity for Appl…

Hilton hotels allow door entry today via their “Digital Key” feature within the Hilton iOS app. Does that use NFC today? How will the new capabilities differ? Just curious.

I agree that removing bezels is the logical solution. But brainstorming... how about a landscape orientation watch. Three benefits: 1. Matches desktop/laptop monitor aspect ratio, so more closely shows same content (e.g., photos) 2. Watch mov…
