Yutaka, please define "therapy." What you describe does not sound medicinal in the least.

The whole thing is nasty, but I have a twinge of a counter-thought. Fox is not exactly a fan of OJ. They have smeared him for years, apparently deservedly so. Even though it's clear they're not against making a buck or two themselves, I wonder if…

Oops, forgot: Welcome to the forum and good luck on getting your first Mac!

I can only answer that Greek does not appear as one of the language choices in my System Preferences.

To all of you getting my hopes up and my tinfoil hat in a bunch: damn you! Now, tell me more...

Front Row is just a visual interface (for distant viewing) that accesses iTunes, iPhoto, DVD player... If you noticed-- when iTunes is already open, for instance, Front Row responds faster. Front Row doesn't really do anything on its own. If yo…

IE was so old, it doesn't really work on all IE-only sites anyway.

Just to verify my previous statement of 50 million ipods sold. I was wrong, it's 70 million. From MacDailynews: "Apple has sold nearly 70 million iPods since introducing them in 2001 and the devices command about 75 percent of the global MP3 …

Use Firewire disk mode if the computers are next to one another. Plug in the firewire cable, then reboot one of them holding down the T button. That mac will then act as an external hard drive. It's drag and drop from there. You could actually…

As I understand it, it defragments smallish file sunder 20MB on the fly. Any intensive work likely requires outside intervention. I used to do some light video editing and defragging made a big difference.

Wow, the chin would keep you from using a fantastic computer? I don't think anyone KNOWS when a revision will be coming, but I can say that it hasn't really been that long since the current model came out. I wouldn't hold your breath for a radical…

Do Windows computers ever run with the lid closed?

I don't have enough time to go into great detail, or to even know if I fully understand, but if the original files were moved from one hard drive to another, iTunes doesn't know it. When you click on the song, it can't find it, so you'll have to di…

Have you checked Activity Monitor?

If money isn't an issue, get the pro machine. The video card alone will make it worthwhile years down the road.
