Of course, what plagues these sort of devices (and always will) is the idea of Big Brother listening in through them.

Why can't existing iPhones and iPads sit in a stand like this and do the same darned things with siri? I can't see the need for a new device as much as new functionality for existing devices. Just add the functionality to Siri and I'll buy the stand…

So to be sure I understand correctly, the only way to install apps outside of the app store is to jailbreak your phone right? So this would not be a threat to an iPhone unless it was jailbroken?
